Missing Menuline Windows 10 4K Display

Hello to everyone,
since one week I have issues using CloudCompare. From now on the Menuline is gone and the mouse points to somewhere put not to the e.g. coordinate which is selected inside of the pc.
Everyone else who has the same problem and know how to fix it?

EDIT: Well, I´m happy to say that the problem doesn´t appear in Stereo Version 2.9beta. (Reinstallation of 2.9 without Stereo provided no solution).
