Hi everyone,

I would like to suggest an improvement when managing the color scale. When the number of steps is limited to a low value, for instance 5, I observed that the scalar value in the colorbar is fixed. In my oppinion, the label should show the value in which there is a change in the colour, instead of in a intermediate value.

That's a good idea, but you can't image how many hairs I loose when I fight with the code of the color scale (I'm bold now ;).

One way to overcome this is to create a custom 'absolute' color scale for which you can specify the exact range AND the labels that should appear next to it: see http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... es_Manager
