Hello,

I have loaded a point cloud into CloudCompare, and I have used the roughness tool to calculated the roughness of the cloud within a kernel of 0.5 metres. I would like to export the roughness of each point in something like a .txt or preferably a .csv format. Is it possible to do this, and if so, what is the process. Thanks

Highlight your cloud, then click on 'File > Save' and then select the ASCII/Text format. You'll get one point per line, with its coordinates and associated scalar values (among which the roughness values).

You can also output the column titles, and set the separator to semicolon for instance to get a nice CSV file (for instance).
