Comparing 2 STL files

Hi all,

I am new to CloudCompare! I want to compare two bone models and turn them into a visual graph/model where you can see on the model how much they differ (red being different, green where the models overlap nicely -I have attached an example-), and I would like to use CloudCompare to do this. Both are STL format. Who can help me get started?
