*Beginner* Scalar Field

Hi all,

I'm very much a beginner in this type of software. I'm hoping to use height maps for my publication and was wondering if someone could help me out.

The attached image shows my progress so far. The orange represents surface, purple represents above surface and the yellow below surface. Ideally, I would like to set the orange mid values to '0' and then the purple would be inversed as positive values and the yellow as negative values.

Any help would be very much appreciated! As well as any advice!

Thanks,

Kind regards,

Roy

Thanks Daniel,

Sorry, If I have missed something. I changed the values like the link you provided said into the intervals -4,-2,0,2,4 and I'm not sure how to change my z values as such. As the z values range from 1.024841-1.241596 (they sit within the 0-2 interval I create). I'm guessing I need to translate my model to make the plane '0' (So by making my middle z value 1.111543 = 0). Then 1.241596 = -4 and 1.024841 = +4

is this possible? sorry again if I've missed something.

Kind regards,

Roy
