Apply Transformation does not work as expected

Hi, guys

I have been using CC for a few weeks. I am still exploring the functions. I am particularly interested in the apply tranformation function. It is stated that CC can get quite good alignment with partially overlapping point cloud.

But I have never succeded with the apply transformation tool.

Here is my steps.

1. Load the two point clouds, one is a big reference cloud A, the other is the cloud B to be registered.
2. roughly align cloud B with the manual transformation tool
3. create a copy of cloud B
4. hide cloud B and segment the copy to get the overlapping part only
5. fine register the segment with cloud A
6.copy the matrix of the registered segment
7. select cloud B and run apply transformation with the copied matrix

Then cloud B does not move as expected.

I have read the wiki page several times but did not find any porblem with the operation. It is appreciated if you guys can help me figure out what is going wrong.

Hum that's weird, it should work ... where do you copy the matrix from? The console?

And by the way, which version are you using? (even though I don't remember any such bug...).
