Dear,

How can I know after performing the alignment(finely register already) of two goals the difference(x,y,z) between them in an specific point?

Hum, you can compute the C2C (Cloud-2-cloud distances) between the two clouds, and pick the specific point (either with the 'Point picking' tool, or with SHIFT+left click) to read the distance.

Ok, tranks

But, i believe that SHIFT+left click in the point cloud A and cloub after compute the C2C (Cloud-2-cloud distances), can be more appreciate, however i know a little subjective, because my objective is know with accuracy distance between two points in the mesh, since the software computed difference complete distance in the two clouds. My objective is academic (MsC student).

You can actually sample (a lot of) points on the aligned mesh (for instance), then compute the distances between the resulting cloud and the reference mesh. This way you'll be able to pick any point you want (and not only the vertices).

Ok Daniel, very good, how do I do it?
Thank you very much!

Use the 'Edit > Mesh > Sample points' after having highlighted the 'aligned' mesh.
