Error

I have installed the versin 2.9-2.11 but it is all gone error, I tried to do the normal computation but it's error at all. I can not click the menubar, and the display gone full display without my consent. Does anybody knows why it is happening in my computer? My computer has intel i7 8th gen, RAM 12 gb with SSD 512GB.. I'm really looking forward for an solution because I really need this for my thesis.. Thank you!
