Shift in Rasterize

Hello
We have encountered an issue with the rasterize-tool. We use this tool to convert LAS-data to raster-data (geotif) in vertical projection. We do not use interpolation for cells without LAS points.
The issue:
We observe a shift between the LAS points and the underlying raster cells. It seems as if there is a shift of one cell size. In other words, the raster cell with the value of the overlying LAS points seems to be shifted for about one cell size. The picture illustrates the issue:
I do not think that it is a problem with the global shift. The issue occurs with and without using a global shift. We also tested different CC version, but without success. Is this a known problem? Help would be appreciated ;-)
