Exporting multiple aligned clouds to be imported still aligned

Hi,
I use ArchiCAD, and we have recently at our company started to scan building interiors/exteriors with the iPad's new LiDAR scanner feature.
I like aligning the separate scans in CloudCompare as it's more accessible than ArchiCAD. When I have all of the separate scans aligned however and I'm happy with the alignment, I'd like to be able to export those clouds separately, but when theyre imported into ArchiCAD, they somehow 'remember' their positions relative to one another, or relevant to one consistent point/origin i can set.
That way, I could easily bring each separate cloud into ArchiCAD, they would be aligned as I had them in CloudCompare, then I could still further adjust/edit clouds in ArchiCAD if necessary.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
