Point pairs picking aligment loss some point clouds data

Hello everyone

I have 2 point cloud file (TLS and UAV). I aligned both data using point pairs picking alignment. But there is some part that loss the number of point clouds. When i check it, data before alignment 223.045.643 (TLS) + 929.628 (UAV) = 223.975.271 and data after aligment 223.876.503, so there are a reduction amount 98.768 points. I repeated the alignment and has same result. Anyone can help me? Why the number of point cloud is decreased after the alignment?

Hum, that's weird, there's no reason to lose points during these steps... Can you share the data with me maybe? (admin [at] cloudcompare.org).

And which version of CC are you using by the way?
