Calculating Average Thickness

Hello,

I am new to CloudCompare and am trying to find out how to calculate thickness on a section I have taken, and am trying to find out what the average thickness of it is. Unfortunately it is a section of a section, and so the point cloud I snot complete but I was wondering if there is any way to run a calculation to find this average distance?

I have attached a photo of one of the sections which I am trying to calculate, but I have a total of 23.

Don't you get this information by looking at the bounding box dimensions? Or do you have a clearer way to define 'thickness' in your case?
