Getting 3D mesh from 3D point cloud

Hi .

I am currently working on a BIM project. I am using CC to obtain 3D mesh,but I am having trouble to write a script for this.Can somebody give a hand to start from somewhere ? I am importing my input as a obj extension and I need to get 3d mesh. Thank you.
