shift bounding box

Is it possible to shift the bounding box of an point cloud?
For example, I want the box side to be parallel to one side of my point cloud.

The bounding-box is not an entity, but just a visual cue that aligns to the current coordinate system X, Y and Z. If you want the bounding-box to match your cloud, the only choice is to rotate the cloud sadly...
