I calculated normals from my cloud points (edit>normals>compute>Loacalsurface=Plane,Octree radius=auto,Orientation=+Z)
Could you tell me how to calculate normals within the selected radius ?
What papers shoul I read?

Not sure to understand... You can set your own radius in the dialog?

I am sorry that my question wasn’t clear.
Using Cloud Compare, I calculated the normals from my cloud points. I used this options in the calculations “(edit>normals>compute>Loacalsurface=Plane,Octree radius=auto,Orientation=+Z)”.
I am looking for the theories used in the calculations of normals in this software.
Could you recommend an article or where should I get the theoretical guide?

I guess a good starting point is https://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/i ... %5CCompute

And then, there's no specific article, since it's relatively straightforward to implement... Maybe you can ask again more specific questions here if you have some?
