Saving Features from Trace

Hello everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on why i can easily save features that were created using the 'plane tool' in .bin format, however if i try and save features created using the 'trace' tool, i get an error saying 'dependent entities missing (See Console).

Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advance!

Are you referring to the 'trace polyline' tool? And by features, you mean polylines?
