Rasterize tool in XZ plane

HI!

I have a georeferenced 3D point Cloud of a rock slope. I would like to create a frontal view of the slope using rasterise tool. I have the frontal view in the XZ plane (when looking at the model) but I do not see the option to rasterize such a view because rasterise tool allows only XY plane. Also when exported I would like to have saved XYZ coordinates of the geotiff so I can inport it into AutoCAD.

Just set the 'Projection direction' to 'Y'.
