Layouts or Plotting profiles

Does a plotting or layout feature/plugin exist within CloudCompare? Or does anyone have any examples of someone doing such a thing? I commonly extract section clouds to show the profile(s) of land at specific intervals and usually I bring those sections into another piece of software to print out elevation profiles, but I'm wondering if anyone has a methodology or plugin that does this from within CC?
