ICP-derived transformatin matrix clarification

Dear all,
On one hand, I read a lot of question/answer about the ICP-based fine registration implemented in CC, which helped me in understanding the tool. So many thanks to all.
On the other hand, I think that one (relevant) question have not been posted and discussed:
for the tranlation component of the coordinate transformations, is the computed matrix dependant to the used global shift? Is there a way to export an "independent" version of the transformation matrix other than setting the global shift to 0? maybe it could be useful if someone is planning to use the tranformation matrix in other software..
Thanks,
All the best for all,
Mauro
