Issue with Compass - Plane Tool in Mac Version 2.13.1

In the 2.13.1 version of Mac, I’ve encountered an issue while using the Compass - Plane Tool. Specifically, the red circle indicating the tool’s position appears at a different location than where my cursor is placed. Interestingly, this bug also occurred in the previous version.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
