Hi everyone!
I had the version 2.12.4 installed for the past months and it worked fine with this tool, until two days ago that started having this issue (I hadn't opened it in a while). So I tried to install the latest version (2.13.1) and I'm having the same issue with the alignment of two meshes.
When going to the "Align two clouds by picking at least 4 points" tool and starting picking the equivalent points on the meshes, the only points that come up are the A points, even if i'm also picking the equivalent points on the second mesh (which should be R points). I tried installing a previous version (2.6) and it works fine, however the 2.12.0 does not and neither the latest one.
Did anyone have the same issue or do you know how this could be fixed? thank you very much!

Weird...
Does it happen with a specific mesh?
And also when you hide the to-be-aligned entity?

Hello, something similar is happening to me. I’m trying to align two clouds with that tool, but I can only pick points on one cloud. I can’t do it on the other one, and I don’t get the option to show that cloud either. I can only add R points with the pencil, but that’s not helpful. I’ll attach a picture.

Have you selected maybe both clouds as 'to be aligned' when starting the tool? Only the one that should move should be selected in the small dialog that appears first (with the list of all the clouds you've highlighted before starting the tool).
