Import Scale? Setup Issue?

I've searched the forum without luck, but I concede that I may be searching for the wrong thing...

We use Scene to process our scans and save as an e57 file. When bringing that file into CC, it is scaled down to about 1/3 size. Did I set up CC incorrectly? Is there a place to look to see if there is a CC issue?

CloudCompare loads the coordinates of the points as they are stored in the file (whatever the format). My guess is that Scene converts the coordinates to some units when it displays the points, but it keeps the coordinates expressed in another unit... There's also maybe a non-standard field in the E57 file where they save this information? (don't hesitate to share a sample file with me if you want me to look at that: admin@cloudcompare.org).
