Bug in initialization CC

Hi,
I'm having a problem when starting the CC. I already tried installing the program on two windows version, 7 and 10, but the same trouble persists. The installation usually occurs but the program loads quickly and stops running. I have tried to run it as administrator and disable antivirus, can anyone help me?

Which graphic card have you? Because the 'modern' versions of CloudCompare don't support the old Intel graphic cards. Only the version 2.6.3 works with these (old) chipsets.

Hello,

I have the same crash at start of CC, i tried all available version and installed all redistributables.
At crash I get the message window: "un problem est a l'origine du dysfonctionnement du programme. fermez le programme". an error occured, the program must be stopped.

Any idea Daniel ?

Well, probably the same problem and the same question: which graphic card do you have? Have you updated the drivers?
